Accessibility Statement

SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ITALIA S.R.L. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004. This accessibility statement applies to softpi.com/en/.

Compliance Status

Partially compliant

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set forth in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliance cases and exemptions listed below.

Inaccessible Content

The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reason: non-observance of Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.

  • Non-textual content: some functional images may not have a descriptive or sufficiently adequate alternative text.
  • Minimum contrast: some texts or components may not meet the minimum colour contrast ratio*.
  • Reflow: some input and label elements, present in the site's forms (e.g., search function), may not adapt correctly depending on the device size.
  • Visible focus: some buttons or elements may not have a sufficiently visible indicator when they receive keyboard focus**.
  • There may be links and/or buttons:
    • that need to be better defined (e.g., discover more) in describing their purpose/destination.
    • that use the same label but lead to different destinations.
    • lacking a label, descriptive text, and/or missing adequate ARIA attributes.
  • There may be elements such as IFRAME lacking an identifying TITLE attribute.
  • Some links may be redundant and cause difficulty in navigation through assistive technologies or by keyboard.
  • Carousels used to display image galleries may not be fully accessible and/or easily usable for users who use assistive technologies.
  • Tab elements used to navigate between card contents (e.g., Company page) may not be fully accessible and/or easily usable for users who use assistive technologies.

Reports of false positives detected by automatic tools:

During the technical analysis, some erroneous reports emerged from the automatic validator MAUVE++, including:

  • Presumed colour contrast and/or focus issues on elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
  • Presumed visible focus issues on buttons or elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.

These false positives have been documented and do not represent real critical issues for the site's accessibility.

These elements have been documented as part of the technical analysis supporting this declaration. Any interventions for adaptation will be evaluated and planned based on the priorities identified by the company, which confirms its willingness to progressively improve the site's accessibility and ensure an inclusive experience for all users.

NB: the site was built with the WordPress CMS, therefore it uses functionalities introduced by the theme and/or plugins in use, which consequently require direct interventions on their code to attempt to resolve any accessibility issues described above. In this regard, since they use their own development and/or coding logic, this means they are not immediately solvable and will therefore be addressed more specifically following further analysis or during future interventions.

Drawing up the accessibility statement

This declaration was drawn up on 30/10/2025, based on a technical evaluation carried out by third parties, including objective and subjective analyses, in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 1, of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 and the AgID Guidelines.

The declaration was last reviewed on 30/10/2025, in accordance with the recommendation to periodically verify its accuracy, even in the absence of substantial changes.

This declaration will be updated at least once a year or in case of significant changes to the website.
